This policy applies to everyone who uses a ClientCee workspace, including the owner, their team and their clients. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Email, WhatsApp and social messages
ClientCee can send email and connect to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. When you use them:
- Contact only people who agreed to hear from you, or with whom you have a real business relationship that the law allows you to contact.
- Give every marketing email a working way to unsubscribe, and stop contacting people who ask you to, promptly.
- Follow the laws that apply to you and to the people you contact, such as CAN-SPAM in the United States, the GDPR and ePrivacy rules in Europe, and the rules for text and phone messages.
- Follow Meta's and WhatsApp's own business and messaging policies.
- Do not use bought, rented or scraped contact lists.
Content
Do not store, send or publish anything that is illegal, fraudulent or deceptive, that infringes someone else's rights, that harasses or threatens people, that promotes hatred or violence, or that harms children. Do not upload malware.
Security and fair use
- Do not try to reach other workspaces or data you are not allowed to see.
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of ClientCee without our written permission.
- Do not overload ClientCee, scrape it, or get around its limits.
- Do not share one sign-in between several people.
Reselling
Do not resell, rent or sublicense ClientCee without a written agreement with us. Agencies may of course give their own clients access to the client portal.
What we do about misuse
We may investigate suspected misuse, remove content, pause sending, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Reporting misuse
If you think someone is misusing ClientCee, for example by sending you spam through it, email support@clientcee.com.
