Start with the enquiry

The tour opens on the agency enquiry directory. A synthetic enquiry, its commercial context, and the next follow-up are visible. Use this view to establish what needs attention before work begins.

All records in the recording are pre-created for this demonstration. The tour does not show an enquiry automatically creating a client or project.

Keep the client context together

The agency opens a client relationship overview, then the client directory. These actual screens show how a team can find contact context and linked work without treating each record as a separate conversation.

Check the selected client before creating or sharing work. Client import and portal access are separate setup tasks; the demonstration does not send an invitation.

Give the project a clear starting point

The project creation form shows the starting point for a client engagement: client, project details, dates, and delivery responsibilities. The tour then moves to an existing synthetic project overview.

The navigation is edited between prepared records. It does not demonstrate a successful form submission or automatically generated tasks. Review client visibility separately before sharing a project.

Make the next action someone’s responsibility

The task creation screen shows where to select a project and assign responsibility. An existing task then shows ownership and delivery context. A clear title, expected outcome, and due date help the next person act.

Task assignment is separate from client publishing. The recording does not claim that assigning the task delivered an external notification.

Bring the client into the review

The agency portal controls show the deliverable approval form. A published project and an available shared document are prerequisites for requesting the review.

The client project view shows a submitted synthetic deliverable and the available review controls. The fixture created this request through the real application workflow with outbound notifications faked. No client decision is submitted during this recording. A revised version follows a changes-requested decision.

Connect the work to a reviewed invoice

The invoice composer shows where to select the client, review billable items, and confirm dates and totals. The tour then opens an existing synthetic invoice and its status.

Saving, emailing, and receiving payment are separate outcomes. Sending requires a client email and a real configured outgoing mailer. The recording sends no real invoice email and processes no payment. Check the actual delivery result and recorded payments in your own workspace.
